About Us
Winning Smiles Orthodontics Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Michigan nonprofit corporation dedicated to providing necessary orthodontic services and oral health education to children (ages 10-17) and young adults (ages 18-25). We assist middle to low-income families and individuals within Michigan's Kent and surrounding counties who otherwise could not afford braces. However, we will provide orthodontic treatment to anyone in need of these services on a case-by-case basis.
It is our mission to make a difference in the lives of children and young adults in our community. We hope to accomplish this by building self-confidence, creating beautiful smiles and promoting life-long oral health.

Our Office
OFFICE HOURS: Our current office hours for patient appointments are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:15 to 4:45.
We are closed for lunch from 1:00 to 2:00.

Meet Your Orthodontist
Dr. Winn II is a native of Grand Rapids, MI. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He received his Master of Science in Dentistry degree and Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1985.
Dr. Winn II and his wife Ann reside in East Grand Rapids. They have three children. Spending time with family is especially important to them.
Dr. Dennis E. Winn II is an active member of the following professional organizations: American Association of Orthodontists, Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, West Michigan District Dental Society and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society.

Christi - Hi, I am the Program Coordinator for Winning Smiles Orthodontics Foundation and Dr. Winn. I have been working with him for 4 years and have a total of 8 years of orthodontic experience. My husband's name is Joe and we have been married for 5 wonderful years. We have two beautiful children, a bi-colored Lab named Bosko and a cat named Jacob. In my spare time, I love doing anything that involves my friends and family. What I enjoy most about working for Dr. Winn is seeing the smiles we are able to put on our patient's faces when they find out that what they thought was out of their reach is now possible due to our Foundation.

Michele - Hi, I am a clinical assistant for Dr. Winn. I have been working with him for 8 years and have a total of 9 years of assisting experience. My husband's name is Jim and we have been married for 4 years. I have an awesome son and two German Shepards named Apollo and Ceasar. What I enjoy most about working for Dr. Winn are the "Winning Smiles" we create and my co-workers, who are like family to me.
